A. While we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work, if you're not completely satisfied, please let us know. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you're happy with the final result, so you can feel confident in choosing us for your future projects.

Q. What happens at the end of the job?
A. Once the job is completed, our tradesman will provide you with a work ticket that outlines the services performed and any material costs. If everything looks good, you'll sign the ticket, and payment can be made either in cash before the tradesman leaves or by bank transfer once you receive the invoice. A receipt will be emailed to you afterward.

Q. Should I feel safe letting your tradesman into my home?
A. Absolutely! Our team consists of experienced, trustworthy tradesmen who understand the importance of your safety and comfort. We ensure that all of our professionals are vetted, skilled, and respectful of your space.

Q. Will your tradesman turn up on time?
A. We aim to be punctual! We’ll provide a one-hour arrival window (e.g., between 10:30 and 11:30) to accommodate any potential delays, as we know that traffic and travel can be unpredictable. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed if anything changes.

Q. Do I have to provide my own materials?
A. If you prefer to source your own materials, it can save you both time and money. However, we’re more than happy to supply materials for you, with a 25% mark-up to cover the cost and sourcing effort.

Q. How do you charge?
A. For regular bookings, we charge by the half-hour. If the job finishes early, you'll only pay for the actual time spent. For larger projects or tasks that take longer than a day, we’ll provide a fixed-price quote upfront, so you know exactly what to expect.

A. No, we offer free quotes. We’ll assess the job and provide you with a detailed breakdown of costs.

Q. Do I need a quote from you?
A. If the job is simple, our office team can give you an estimate over the phone. For more complex work, we’ll visit the site, assess the situation, and provide you with a detailed quote to ensure there are no surprises.

Q. Do I have to be on location for the service?
A. For your first appointment, we ask that you’re on-site at the beginning and end of the job. Afterward, we can discuss more flexible arrangements if you're a regular customer.

Q. How do I prepare for my handyman or decorator appointment? What if I don’t have any tools?
A. Don’t worry about tools! Our tradesmen come fully equipped with everything they need to complete most jobs. You can simply clear the area, or we can help you shop for any materials if needed. We’ll handle the rest!
